BBC's Five Live Formula 1 coverage

At the start of 2011 Natalie was appointed pit-lane reporter for BBC's Five Live Formula 1 coverage. With a potential 20 destinations on the Formula 1 calendar its a busy and exciting year. Nat is working alongside the established commentary team of Anthony Davidson and David Croft; and her job is to be the eyes and ears on the ground during practice, qualifying and the race; gathering the facts and gleaning the views of the drivers, engineers and team principals, along with the occasional celeb interview. The beauty about Formula 1 is that it is multilayered, with countless sub plots developing around each race weekend, whether they relate to the cars, money being spent, civil unrest in F1 destinations, or clashes between the big personalities in the paddock; so there is always something to talk about.
